1. About us

slowsundaygoods.com ("Slow Sunday Goods", "we", "us") is operated by Xcutive Projects BV, Rudolfusdal 11, 5551 EH Valkenswaard, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 95644466, VAT number NL867219579B01. These Terms of Service apply to every visit to our website and every order you place with us. By using our store, you agree to these terms.

2. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our blankets are designed for adults. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or overload the website.

3. Our products

Our blankets are made to order and printed on one side (the fleece front); the sherpa back is unprinted. Product details, sizes and care instructions are listed on each product page. Because every blanket is made individually, small differences in print placement, texture and size (up to ±3") are possible. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Personalized orders

For personalized blankets, you are responsible for the text and images you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use this content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights (for example copyrighted characters, logos or brand names) and is not offensive or unlawful. We may refuse or cancel a personalized order that does not meet these conditions; in that case you will receive a full refund. We print exactly what you submit, so please check spelling and images carefully. You give us permission to use your content only to produce and ship your order.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through our checkout and payment providers. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, an obvious error or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

7. Shipping

Shipping areas, costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, text, images and other content on this website are owned by Xcutive Projects BV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and our products are produced and shipped by Printify and its production partners. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to the services they provide.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to solve it together. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you placed it.
